Who runs this site
This site is operated by MIYAAR CONNECT, address Babylon District, Arasat Al-Hindiyah, Baghdad, Iraq. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Governing jurisdiction: the laws that apply where the operator is established.
What the site is
MIYAAR CONNECT is an independent ISO standards discovery and inquiry platform. It provides general information and lets you send an inquiry that we may pass to independent certification bodies.
We do not audit, certify or accredit. We do not issue certificates and do not make certification decisions.
Information only
Content on this site is general information. It is not legal, regulatory, financial or certification advice, and it may not fit your circumstances. Standards, editions and certification practice change. For decisions that matter, check with the buyer, the regulator, a qualified adviser and the certification body.
We summarise standards in our own words. They do not replace the standards, which you should obtain from ISO or a national standards body.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee, and nothing on this site promises:
- that you will be certified
- any price, fee or quotation
- any timeline or date
- that a certification body will respond or accept your inquiry
- that a certificate will be accepted by a customer, tender or regulator
- that content is complete or free from error
Certification bodies are independent
Certification bodies are independent organizations. They are not agents or employees of MIYAAR CONNECT. If you choose to proceed, you contract directly with the certification body. Its quotation, agreement, audit and decision are its own responsibility, and its terms apply.
We do not endorse any certification body. A body's appearance in a match or on this site is not a recommendation or a statement that it is suitable for you. Check accreditation yourself. See accreditation check.

Your inquiry
When you send an inquiry you confirm that the details are accurate and that you are authorised to give them for your organization. We handle your data under the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, send false or abusive inquiries, collect data from it by automated means without permission, or use it to mislead others about certification.
Intellectual property
The content, design and name of this site belong to the operator or its licensors. ISO and standard designations belong to their owners. Use of them here does not imply endorsement by ISO. You may share links and quote short extracts with credit. Other reuse needs written permission.

We link to other sites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or from the acts of any certification body. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may change these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
