What this notice covers
This notice explains what the site stores in your browser and why. It applies to cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage. The operator is MIYAAR CONNECT. See the privacy policy for how we handle personal data.
Essential items
These are needed for the site to work and for us to respect your choices. They do not need consent.
Consent choice (local storage)
We store one strictly necessary item in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choice, so we do not ask again each visit. It holds your choice, not personal data about you.
Source attribution (session storage)
We keep a record in your browser's session storage of where your visit began: the page path, the referring site's host name and any campaign tags in the link. It holds no personal data. It is cleared when you close the browser tab or window. It is sent with your inquiry only if you submit a form, so that we know which page led to your inquiry.
Security and site operation
Our hosting and security tools may set technical items to keep the site running and to guard against abuse.
Analytics
If enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are read. It loads only after you consent. It sets cookies and sends usage data to Google. We aim not to send personal details such as your name, email or phone number to analytics, and we count form submissions without the content of your form.
If you do not consent, analytics do not load.
Change your preferences
Select "Cookie preferences" in the footer at any time to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops analytics from loading on later page views. You can also delete stored items using your browser settings, though that removes the record of your choice and we may ask again.
Marketing
We do not use advertising cookies. Marketing emails depend on a separate optional checkbox on the form, not on cookies.
Changes
If we add a new tool, we will update this notice and ask for consent first where needed.
