How referrals work
We review your inquiry and may share it, with your consent, with a suitable independent certification body. You may then be contacted by our team, by that body, or by both.

What happens to your inquiry
- You send an inquiry through the request a quote form.
- Our team reviews it. We check that it is complete and that it is a real business inquiry.
- We look for a suitable certification partner using the method in how we match.
- If a suitable partner exists, we pass on your inquiry as described below.
- You receive follow-up. If none is suitable, we tell you rather than force a match.
Who may contact you
There are three contact models. Which one applies depends on the arrangement with the certification body and, where you have a preference, on your choice in the form.

You can state a preferred initial contact in the form. We try to follow it but it may not always be possible.
What is shared, and when
We share your inquiry only after you have read the disclosure and ticked the required acknowledgment on the form. The details we may share are those you entered: your needs, the standards you asked about, your industry, company name, country and location, employee band, your contact details and any notes you added.
We share them with the certification body we select as suitable, so that it can respond to your request. We do not share them with unrelated parties, and we do not publish them. The privacy policy explains how recipients are identified and how we handle data.
Sharing for your inquiry is separate from marketing. Marketing email requires its own optional consent, and you can say no.
Who is responsible for what
The certification body, not MIYAAR CONNECT, provides any quotation, signs the certification agreement, carries out the audit and makes the certification decision. It is named when selected. See about.
How the platform may be paid
Write to info@miyaarconnect.com for details of any commercial arrangement with a certification body.
Commercial arrangements with certification bodies may exist. They do not affect the audit or the certification decision, which remain with the certification body.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, to correct your data or to delete it, subject to the law. See the privacy policy or contact.
