MIYAAR CONNECT is an independent ISO standards discovery and inquiry platform. We do not audit, certify or accredit. See about.
What we collect
From the inquiry form
- Intent: whether you want first-time certification, renewal, transfer or are unsure
- Standards: the standards you are interested in
- Industry or activity
- Company name
- Country and location
- Employee band
- Number of locations, if you give it
- Timing, if you give it
- Details you write in the free-text box
- Accreditation requirement, if you give it
- Scope of your activities in your own words, if you give it
- Contact name, work email and phone
- Preferred contact method
- Preferred initial contact: our team, the certification body, or no preference
Automatically
- the page you came from and campaign tags, held in your browser session and sent with your form only if you submit it (see cookie notice)
- technical data needed to run the site securely, such as IP address and request logs
- analytics data, only if you consent
What we do not collect
We do not ask for identity documents, passports, national ID numbers or payment data. Please do not enter sensitive or confidential information in the free-text boxes. If more detail is needed later, it should be exchanged through a controlled channel.
Why we use it
- to review and respond to your inquiry
- to decide whether a suitable independent certification body is available
- to share your inquiry with that body so it can respond
- to keep records of consent and of the handling of your inquiry
- to protect the site against abuse
- to improve the site, using analytics only with your consent
- to send marketing email, only if you have separately agreed
Sharing with certification bodies
When you submit the form you read a disclosure and tick an acknowledgment. We then may share your inquiry with a suitably selected independent certification body so that it can respond. Depending on the arrangement, you may be contacted by our team, by that body, or by both. See how referrals work.
We identify recipients by naming the certification body when it is selected, or, before selection, by describing the kind of recipient. We share only what your inquiry contains and what is needed to respond. The certification body then handles your data under its own privacy notice and its own legal responsibilities. It is separate from us.
Other recipients may include service providers that host the site, store data or send email, acting on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

Security
We aim to limit access to inquiry data to people who need it, to use encrypted connections, and to share inquiries with partners only through restricted channels. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children.
