We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 AA practices so people can use this site with different abilities and devices. We have not claimed conformance, and we want to hear about any barrier you meet.

Our aim

We want everyone to be able to read this site and send an inquiry. We aim to follow the practices in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

We do not claim that the site conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA, and we do not hold an accessibility certification. This is a statement of intent and of what we do, not a guarantee.

What we do

  • use real headings and landmarks so assistive technology can move through pages
  • aim for readable text size and colour contrast
  • make links and buttons usable by keyboard, with a visible focus
  • label form fields and describe errors in text
  • write in plain language and explain acronyms
  • give images useful alternative text where they carry meaning
  • design for screens from small phones to desktops

What we are still testing

We are still testing the site, so there may be problems. In particular we are still testing:

  • the multi-step inquiry form with screen readers and with keyboard only
  • text zoom and reflow at high magnification
  • colour contrast in every state of interactive elements
  • right-to-left layouts and Arabic content, which are planned for later
  • long tables on small screens

If we find an issue, we will fix it as soon as we reasonably can.
